Late or Lost Orders

What’s Covered?

Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
Significant color issues in stainless steel or plated finishes

What’s Not Covered?

❌ Lost or stolen watches
❌ Minor scratches, dents, or damage from normal wear and tear
❌ Water damage beyond the watch’s designated resistance level
❌ Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

How to Submit a Warranty Claim?

If your watch qualifies under warranty, contact us at gjrdesign.official@gmail.com with:

📝 Description of the issue
📸 Photos of the affected watch

Once approved, you will be eligible for a replacement or store credit.


Defective or Broken Item Warranty

If your watch arrives defective or broken due to a manufacturing issue, you have up to 90 days from the delivery date to submit a claim.
