Prices of our products are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without liability.
Products
We make every effort to accurately display the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will be 100% accurate.
Additionally, we reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any individual, geographic area, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion. We do not guarantee that the quality of any product will meet your expectations, nor do we promise that any errors in service will be corrected.
Order Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made on our website. If your package fails to arrive due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided by you, GJR Design is not responsible for any loss and is not required to resend your order.
We reserve the right to reject any order placed with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same account, credit card, billing address, or shipping address.
If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via email or phone, but we are not obligated to do so.
We strongly recommend verifying your shipping and billing information before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@gjrdesign.com. If the package has already been shipped, we regret that we are unable to redirect it to a different address.
Refund Policy
If your order qualifies, you may request a refund within 14 days of the delivery date, in accordance with our return and warranty policies.
Refunds will be calculated based on any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to deny refunds after 14 days.
GJR Design is not responsible for address errors, lost packages, or delays once your order has left our facility. If your order is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, you have seven business days from the delivery date to file a claim.
If you received an incorrect or missing item, you have three business days to report the issue.
Once your refund request is approved, you will receive a notification via email. Refunds may take 4-7 business days to appear in your original payment account. Refunds cannot be processed to a different payment method.
Promotions
Mystery products and free gifts cannot be refunded. If your order includes a promotional discount and qualifies for a refund, the refund amount will be calculated based on the discounted price.
Warranty Claims
GJR Design offers a 12-month premium warranty on all timepieces. We reserve the right to reject any warranty claim if, at our discretion, we determine that the claim does not meet our warranty criteria.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Lost or stolen items
To file a warranty claim, contact us at support@gjrdesign.com with your order details and proof of purchase.
Modification of Terms
GJR Design reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We do not warrant that any results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
Limitations of Liability
In no event shall GJR Design be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Service or any products acquired through the Service.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Mobile Terms of Service
The GJR Design mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by GJR Design. By opting into our SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of GJR Design at the mobile number you provided, even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list.
Text messages may be sent using an automated system, and may include updates, alerts, and promotional offers.
Message & Data Rates
We do not charge for the Service, but message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile plan for details.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting STOP to GJR Design or clicking the unsubscribe link (if available). You will receive a confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent unless initiated by you.

Liability
We are not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected messages due to technical issues beyond our control. By using the Service, you acknowledge that any information sent via SMS/text may not be secure.
